The numbering is classic L'Oréal (9.01 = level 9, natural ash), but choosing between the two sisters is a diagnosis call, not a code call:
- Dia Light (acid gloss): acid pH, zero lift, maximum shine. For toning blondes and highlights, refreshing sensitized ends, and express gloss services. On natural hair with no gray it barely deposits.
- Dia Richesse (ammonia-free alkaline): deposits more pigment, blends up to 70% gray, and works on natural hair. For first-time color, refreshes with coverage, and deeper tones.
Quick salon rule: lightened or sensitized hair → Light; natural or gray hair → Richesse.
