This Legal Notice governs the use of the website blendsor.com and the Blendsor mobile application (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by Oscar Cortijo Villanueva.

Blendsor is an artificial intelligence application designed to assist hair color professionals in formulating color mixes, managing clients, and documenting work.

2. Terms of Access

Access to the Platform is free, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the user's contracted access provider.

Use of the Platform confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons
• Technology, software, source code, AI algorithms
• Graphic design, logos, "Blendsor" brand
• Navigation structure and databases

Are the property of Oscar Cortijo Villanueva or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other activity that may be performed with the content without prior written authorization from the owner is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

Hair color product brands mentioned on the Platform (including L'Oreal, Wella, Schwarzkopf, Revlon, Davines, Goldwell, and others) are the property of their respective owners.

Blendsor is not sponsored by or endorsed by any of these brands. The use of these names is merely referential to describe the tool's technical compatibility. Blendsor participates in affiliate programs (see section 6) that may generate commissions from product recommendations, without implying any direct commercial relationship.

5. Disclaimer

The owner is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in the Platform content
• Lack of availability or continuity of the service
• Presence of viruses or harmful elements in the content
• Damages derived from the use of information or suggestions provided by the AI
• The use that users make of the Platform content

Formula suggestions generated by artificial intelligence are for guidance purposes and do not replace the colorist's professional judgment. The professional is solely responsible for validating any formula before application.

6. Affiliate Program

Blendsor participates in the Amazon Associates Program in Europe (amazon.es) and the United States (amazon.com).

This means some product links in our blog generate a small commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.

Our product recommendations are independent of commissions received. We only recommend products that trusted professionals endorse and that we have verified in real salon environments. Participation in affiliate programs does not influence our reviews or editorial content.

Articles containing affiliate links include a notice at the end of the recommended products section.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The owner assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or operation of such external sites.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Relations between the owner and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation.

For any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Platform, the parties submit to the Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
